Relief Blend
Ingredients
Red Raspberry Leaf-This herb is rich in tannins and anti-inflammatory compounds. It works as a muscle relaxer, soothing pain caused by uterine contractions. Red Raspberry leaf has also been known to help reduce excessive bleeding
Chamomile- Cointains glycine, an amino acid known to reduce muscle spasms. Regular drinking may reduce cramping and bleeding. Chamomile is also known to lower stress and anxiety
Ginger Root- Contains anti-inflammatory properties helping to reduce swelling and cramping, also helps to relieve nausea
White Willow Bark- The bark of white willow contains salicin, which is a chemical similar to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). In combination with the herb's powerful anti-inflammatory plant compounds, salicin is thought to be responsible for the pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects of the herb.
Lemon Balm- Contains anti-inflammatory properties, helping to relieve pain associated with cramping. Helps to reduce hot flashes
Relaxation Blend
Ingredients
Chamomile- Contains the antioxidant apigenin which helps to relieve anxiety and signals the body to sleep
Hibiscus- Has sedative and anxiolytic effects promoting a good nights sleep. Also known to combat headaches and anxiety, helping you to relax
Lemon Balm- Contains anxiolytic properties, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, promoting a good nights sleep
Lavender- Active compounds in lavender promote a calming effect and are known to improve mood. May also help with symptoms of anxiety and depression
Rose Petals- Helps you to relax, encouraging sleep and lower stress levels
Strengthening Blend
Chamomile- Has anti-spasmodic properties to help relieve cough and other cold symptoms. Also contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties helping to boost immunity
Ginger Root- Helps reduce fever and inflammation in the throat. Contains antibacterial properties as well as anti-nausea properties for stomachache

Spearmint Leaf- Helps improve mental clarity and fight fatigue
Ginger Root- Known to enhance attention and cognitive processing capabilities. Improves circulation in the body
